Privacy Policy

The short version
Biomon has no server. Your health data is read from Apple Health, computed on your iPhone, and stays there. It is never uploaded, never sold, never shared, and never used for advertising or data-mining.
This is not a promise about how we choose to behave — it is a description of how the app is built. There is no backend to send data to.
What Biomon reads
With your permission, Biomon reads the following from Apple Health, on your device only:
- Heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
- Resting heart rate
- Respiratory rate and blood oxygen (SpO2)
- VO2 max
- Sleep analysis, including sleep stages
- Workouts
- Blood pressure, from a connected cuff
- Dietary water
Biomon does not read clinical health records. It requests no such permission.
What Biomon writes
With your permission, Biomon writes only what you personally log in the app:
- Water you log is saved to Health as Dietary Water
- Sugar from a Coke you log is saved to Health as Dietary Sugar
Nothing else is written to Health.
What Biomon stores
On your device:
- The intake events you log yourself — water, sugary drinks, gout triggers, symptom flares
- A cache of computed daily metrics, which can be deleted and rebuilt from Apple Health at any time
- Your settings and targets
If you enable iCloud, the intake events you log may sync to your own private iCloud database so they survive losing or replacing your device. That data lives in your personal iCloud account under Apple's terms. The developer cannot read it.
What Biomon does not do
- No analytics or telemetry SDKs
- No advertising or ad identifiers
- No third-party trackers
- No crash-reporting services
- No account, no login, no user profile
- No sale or sharing of any data with anyone
At the time of writing, the app contains no networking code at all beyond Apple's own StoreKit and iCloud frameworks.
Subscriptions
Biomon is an auto-renewing monthly subscription with a free trial. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. Biomon never sees your payment details. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID; the app stores no record of who you are.
Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing.
Health disclaimer
Biomon is a general wellness app. Nothing it shows is a medical diagnosis, and none of it replaces professional medical advice. Talk to a doctor about anything that concerns you, and about any reading you plan to act on.
Deleting your data
- Deleting the app removes its on-device data.
- If you enabled iCloud sync, you can remove Biomon's data in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
- Data Biomon wrote into Apple Health — water and sugar entries — remains in Health and can be deleted there, under Health → Browse in the relevant category.

Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it. Because Biomon collects nothing, any future change that introduced collection would be a significant one, and would be called out clearly in the app rather than only here.
