“Most of my cards say No data”
This is the single most common issue, and it is usually working as intended. Biomon compares everything against your own rolling baselines, so a fresh install with little Apple Health history genuinely has nothing to compare against yet.
Roughly what each signal needs:
| Signal | Needs |
|---|---|
| Vitals bands | A reading today, plus history to build a range |
| Recovery | About 30 days of HRV for a stable baseline |
| Sleep debt | A few real nights of tracked sleep |
| Sleep regularity | At least 2 consecutive nights; 14 days for a trend direction |
| Sugar / gout trends | Several days with real logs, not just one |
| Blood pressure | At least 5 cuff sessions |
If a card still shows nothing after a few weeks of wearing your watch, that is worth reporting — please say which card and roughly how long you have been tracking.
Biomon is not reading my Health data
- Open Settings → Apple Health inside Biomon and check the connection status shown there.
- In the iPhone Health app: Sharing → Apps & Services → Biomon, and confirm the categories are enabled.
- Apple deliberately never tells an app whether read access was granted, so Biomon cannot detect a denied permission — it simply sees no data. If a category is off, it looks identical to having no readings.
My widget or watch complication is out of date
Widgets and complications refresh opportunistically — iOS and watchOS decide when, and it can lag. Both show an “as of” time so you can always tell how fresh the number is rather than having to guess.
To force an update now: open Biomon and use Settings → Sync Now. That recomputes the snapshots, refreshes every widget, and pushes to the watch.
Blood pressure is not showing
- Your cuff must sync to Apple Health — Biomon reads from Health, never from the cuff directly.
- In Settings → Blood Pressure Source, pick the app that writes your readings (for example Omron Connect). Different sources use different measurement protocols, so Biomon intentionally uses one canonical source rather than blending them.
- A rolling average needs at least 5 sessions before it is shown at all.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Biomon → Cancel. Cancelling during the free month costs nothing. Cancellation is handled entirely by Apple; Biomon cannot cancel or refund on your behalf.
For refunds, use Apple's own process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
- Deleting the app removes its on-device data.
- Water and sugar entries Biomon wrote into Health stay in Health, and can be deleted there under Health → Browse in the relevant category.
- There is no server, so there is no account to close and nothing held elsewhere. See the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem
Please include, where you can:
- What you expected versus what you saw
- Which card or screen
- Roughly how long you have been tracking with a watch
- A screenshot — often the fastest way to identify it
Biomon is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device, nothing it shows is a diagnosis, and none of it replaces professional medical advice. If something about your health concerns you, please talk to a doctor rather than to this app.
